A State of Mind

A vital part of your life experience

What you feel right now, what you think and what your are capable of depends on your state of mind. Your state of mind is triggered and set by signals from your environment and your status of sleep, nourishment and stress. Your stress is the result of signals from your environment an your beliefs about them. It can be learned, it can be designed, it can be trained.

Training is done by accessing a state and conditioning it to be activated or triggered in a situation where it is needed. What is added to the process here is a very simple way of structuring and modeling a desired state.
